Last updated: 16 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how House of Sole ("House of Sole", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit houseofsole.studio, submit an application, book a call, or otherwise communicate with us.

By using this website or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your information.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that you give us, plus limited technical information collected automatically.

  • Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, brand or business name, website, revenue range, and any other details you enter into our application form or send us by email, text, or during a call.
  • Booking information. When you schedule a call, we record the date and time you selected and any details you add to the booking.
  • Automatically collected information. IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Used to operate the site, remember your session, and measure advertising performance. See Section 6.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, health data, or biometric data through this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To review your application and determine whether we are a fit
  • To contact you about your enquiry, schedule and confirm calls, and send reminders
  • To provide, deliver, and support our services if you become a client
  • To send service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time
  • To measure and improve our website, our advertising, and our services
  • To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations

3. SMS and Text Messaging

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party except the subcontractors and service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages themselves.

How we obtain consent. We only send marketing or informational text messages to people who gave us their mobile number directly — by submitting the application form on this website, by booking a call, or by texting us first. We do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists, and we do not text anyone who has not given us their number.

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, the following applies:

  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at the address in Section 12.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email communications, and vice versa. Contact us if you wish to opt out of both.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. Vendors who operate our systems on our behalf ‚Äî including our CRM and scheduling platform, email and SMS delivery providers, hosting, and analytics ‚Äî and who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
  • Legal requirements. Where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

As stated in Section 3, mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing for marketing purposes.

5. Advertising and Analytics

We advertise on third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). These platforms may use cookies or similar technologies to measure the performance of our ads and to show you our ads on their services. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

You can limit interest-based advertising through your browser settings, your device settings, or the advertising preference controls offered by each platform.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the site working correctly, understand how the site is used, and measure advertising results. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some parts of the site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain business records, and to comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
  • Marketing opt-out. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text message, or contact us directly.
  • No sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law — including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and comparable laws in other states. These can include the right to confirm whether we process your data, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to appeal a refused request. We honour these requests regardless of your state of residence.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Children's Privacy

This website and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
